How do I get billed each month?

Once you’ve chosen your Subscription and checked out through our website, you’ll be automatically billed on the first of each month. Or, on the first of every three months if you selected the 3‑Month Pre‑Pay option.

When will my box be delivered?

Your box will arrive on your doorstep within the first week of every month.

How do I access my Club discount code?

This will be emailed to you via our exclusive Mailing List on the first of every month. The code changes monthly, so make sure to keep an eye out for it.

What if I'm not home when you attempt to deliver?

We will leave your package in a discreet and safe place. Otherwise, it will be taken to your local post office.

I need to pause my subscription or I'm going to be away.
