- Promoter
The promoter is Atari Enterprises Pty Ltd trading as Running with Thieves (“the Promoter”).
- Eligibility
a) Entry is only open to residents of NSW and WA aged 18 years or older.
b) Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter or its associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
c) Entrants must retain valid proof of purchase and provide it if requested.
- Promotional Period
The promotion runs from 01/02/2026 to 30/04/2025
(“Promotional Period”). Purchases made outside these dates do not qualify.
- How to Enter
a) Purchase any Running with Thieves product from a participating venue in NSW or WA during the Promotional Period.
b) After purchase, entrants receive access to a digital scratch card.
c) After registering their details, scratch the digital card to reveal if you are an instant winner.
d) Instant winners will see an image denoting prize.
e) Proof of purchase upload required to claim prize
f) Instant win prizes can be collected at a nominated venue (if tangible prize) or a digital voucher of $10 will be sent where collection isn’t possible (this doesn’t include beer for a year, the surfboard, or shirts).
g) Multiple entries allowed: one entry per transaction of product purchased.
h) Incomplete, inaccurate, or ineligible entries are invalid.
i) Must be 18+ years old to enter.
5. Prizes
Instant Win Prizes:

§ A carton a month of your choosing for a year to be collected in RWT venue.
o 1 x Running with Thieves surfboard
o 25 x Running with Thieves hats – pickup only or swap for $10 online voucher
o 25 x Running with Thieves t-shirts
o 900 x Instant tickets to the grand prize gala (450 Perth, 450 Sydney)
§ Held in Perth and Sydney
§ Free drink on entry and 25% off drinks all night
§ Light food provided
§ Live entertainment
§ The grand prize draw will occur only at this event
o 50 x 4 packs – pickup only or swap for $10 online voucher
o 5 x 50% off voucher, usable online or in-store
o 50 x 25% off voucher, usable online or in-store
o 5000 x 15% off voucher, usable online or in-store
k) Must be collected by 31 May 2026 (gala tickets only valid for gala event).
l) Not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable.
Major Prize – Island Holiday:
a) The major prize consists of a holiday for 2 people for 7 nights on “Running with Thieves Island” – location in Indonesia, full details to be released at Gala.
b) Prize Includes:
· Economy flights from Sydney or Perth for 2 people
· Private transfers to and from the island
· Premium accommodation for 7 nights
· Chef-prepared meals included
· Budget allowed for activities – with extra available for purchase
· Airfares are:
o Subject to availability and blackout periods.
o Not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable except where the Promoter substitutes for an item of equal or greater value.
o Winner responsible for costs not included in the prize.
6. Prize Conditions
a) Travel must be taken within 12 months from August 1, 2026 to August 1, 2027.
b) Winner must comply with all airline, accommodation, and activity provider requirements.
c) Travel insurance is required, cost to be covered by the prize winner.
7. Winner Selection & Gala Event
a) Gala ticket instant winners automatically eligible to attend gala
b) If all gala tickets are not won by end of promotion then instant winners will be put into a ballot to receive gala tickets.
Gala Event & Major Prize Draw:
· WA Gala event - Running with Thieves HQ, Fremantle, WA (Date TBC)
· NSW Gala event TBC - Major Prize Draw conducted live at Gala Event (Date TBC).
· Winner must attend one of the gala event venues to claim prize.
· If winner not in attendance, a new winner will be drawn immediately.
· Travel to/from venue is responsibility of entrants.
· Invitations are non-transferable.
· Promoter may adjust event details if necessary.
· State RSA laws apply to the event throughout
8. Unclaimed Prizes
a) Instant win prizes not collected by May 31st, 2026 may be forfeited.
b) If Major Prize unclaimed at draw/event, redraw occurs until present winner confirmed.
9. Verification
a) Proof of purchase, identity, and eligibility may be requested.
b) Failure to provide may result in disqualification.
c) Promoter may disqualify entrants tampering with entry process.
10. Liability
a) Promoters are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or delay except liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
b) Entrants release and indemnify Promoter from such liabilities.
11. Privacy
a) Personal information collected and used solely to conduct promotion.
b) Information handled according to Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
c) Entrants consent to reasonable promotional use of name and entry if they win.
12. Permits
a) Promotion in NSW and WA only.
b) NSW: Trade promotion authority permit may be required. Permit Number: TP/04889
c) WA: No permit required.
13. General
a) Promoters may modify, suspend, or cancel promotion if circumstances beyond control arise.
b) Entry constitutes acceptance of Terms & Conditions.
c) Terms & Conditions governed by laws of NSW and WA.
d) Running with Thieves reserves the right to modify these terms during the promotion.
